No Grand Theft Auto game is complete without it's things to do on the side. Luckily Vice City Stories follows the same style. The time honored hidden package system makes a return in the form of "99 Red Balloons" scattered around the city. The inspiration for this comes from a 1980's hit for Nena titled "99 Luftballoons".

You will need to locate and pop all 99 balloons if you are going to achieve the 100% completion. But to make things a little more worth while you will be awarded with weapons/armory at your safe houses.
